Fatou Bensouda, are you neutral?

RNW recently spoke to Fatou Bensouda, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC). She is currently preparing the court's first trial of a head of state: Laurent Gbagbo, the former president of Ivory Coast.

Gbagbo is charged with crimes against humanity in a highly divisive case. The ICC itself is also controversial in Ivory Coast and elsewhere on the African continent. RNW’s Africa Desk invited its visitors and listeners to suggest questions to put to the Chief Prosecutor. In the first of a series of short videos, Ms Bensouda answers the question: are you neutral?
