Apparently, Amsterdam has the most expensive hotels in all of Europe. And that's not all. The city's airport is plagued by illegal cab drivers, its infamous Red Light District is being "cleaned up" and soon won't have any prostitutes in its well-known windows, and from next year, only Dutch residents will be able to get the so-called "weed pass" to buy cannabis in coffeeshops.

So: will foreigners still want to visit Amsterdam?
