Five people were killed and more than 10 wounded in a minibus explosion in the Kenyan capital Nairobi on Sunday, police said.

Nairobi police chief Moses Nyakwama said the blast occurred in the district of Eastleigh, where mainly Somalis or Kenyans of Somali origin live, adding that the cause was not yet known.
