Office Coordinator

Office Coordinator
In a challenging, international and dynamic environment
36 hours/week, hybrid/Haarlem, starting asap
Purpose of the position
As an Office Coordinator, you have an important role within RNW Media by ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-minded operation of the office and related processes. This with a focus on continuous improvement to quality and efficiency. You contribute to our mission by coordinating a variety of processes and by supporting our team with Office related questions.

You will be working to support colleagues and guests in office arrangements, organize travel logistics, coordinate events, and contribute to organisational quality assurance
Your key responsibilities
- To ensure organized and operational space for variety of purposes, including meetings, office work and trainings;
- Manage relationships with suppliers;
- Coordinate events and activities;
- Lead on implementing relevant organisational policies;
- Lead on travel logistics for colleagues and guests.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Travel, Hospitality or similar;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM is a plus;
- Excellent in English, working level of Dutch is a plus.

You are highly organized and efficient and have the ability to work autonomously. We are a flexible project-based centre of expertise where you work in multidisciplinary teams. We have an informal and flexible work structure that emphasises wellbeing as much as it does quality of work. You will be working from our office in De Koepel in Haarlem. At RNW Media we have a competitive Compensation & Benefits package. The job scale is €2.726,46 – €4.074,90 Your salary will be dependent on experience and expertise. We offer a one year contract, subject to renewal.
