In 2011, the Dutch government decided to cut funding and shift RNW from the ministry of Education, Culture and Science to the ministry of Foreign Affairs. Our first Eurobuster track this month comes from a Dutch female artist who's often described as the Netherlands' first lady of country: Ilse de Lange. On this Eurobuster track - DoLuv2LuvU - she shows that she's also talented when it comes to belting out a pure pop song.
