Lynchings in Bolivia – community justice or murder?

With eight lynchings a week, taking the law into one’s own hands is part of everyday life in Bolivia. Some call it 'community justice’, others murder. But to the indigenous people of the highlands who have lost faith in the judicial system and the police, there is only one criteria that counts: the one who kills has to be killed.
